Most problems have a one-minute fix. You enter a short code on your home phone keypad while the phone is off the hook. You will hear a tone when the box accepts the code.
Quick fixes
My cell phone cannot find Cell2Jack
Pick up the home phone and press pound, star, pound. The red light flashes and pairing starts again. Then search for Bluetooth devices on your cell phone.
I hear an echo
Pick up the home phone and press 8 1 pound. That turns echo cancellation on.
My phone does not ring
Pick up the home phone and press 2 1 pound. That turns on strong ringing for phones that need more power.
The speaker is too quiet or too loud
Press 2 4 pound for the quietest setting, up to 2 8 pound for the loudest. Normal is 2 6 pound.
I want to pair a different cell phone
Press 8 2 pound 8 3 pound to factory reset. Then pair the new phone the normal way.
